"I started attending the Gracie Combatives classes regularly for almost a year. At age 42 I'm now in the best shape of my life, and the exercise isn't even as rigorous as the CrossFit classes I used to take. Using body weight (pushing, pulling, lifting) for building strength is the most effective way.
