"Absolutely LOVE this place. Coach Alex, his dad, Giani (apologies for potentially butchering the spelling of your name) are all wonderful teachers, on the mat in terms of practical Jiu Jitsu skills, but also and maybe as importantly off the mat, with life lessons that my 2 kids need to learn early from somebody else than their dad. Such lessons like resilience, grit, getting comfortable with the uncomfortable. The pedagogy, though disciplined, is also kind, warm and very respectful. I could go on and on, in short and in summary: if you are thinking of getting your kids in a self defense class that not only builds skills, but also builds your child’s confidence and character, run, don’t walk, this is the place for you."
