"I’ve been training with Jen since 2019, and more recently Emily! Both Jen and Emily are able to offer workouts that can be as challenging and strenuous as you wish them to be. I’ve personally found the outdoor workouts and community of women to be the way I choose to begin each morning whenever possible. I’m not able to attend all of the classes, but the 10-class pass gives me flexibility. I’ve had less injuries and body aches since I started. Overall, I feel strong and mentally nourished after each class. I encourage anyone who wants to get outside and get moving in the mornings to try Park Fit. There’s no pressure to be anyone but the best version of yourself on any given day. I have to underscore the mental benefits of working out, outside with a community of women. There is just something about it that gives me strength to handle the rest of the day."

The class is a welcoming, friendly & fun environment, the instructors are great & there's always a new challenge to tackle, so I'm never bored. "Love ParkFitPetaluma classes! Jen is a great instructor and I can make the classes as challenging as I need. Jen gives modifications throughout the classes. Some days we are under beautiful Oak trees and others you can find us running or walking up bleachers. No class is ever the same & there is even music :). The classes are filled with women supporting each other. Classes are outdoors and socially distanced."
