"I have been going to Studio M weekly for a private Gyrotonics lesson with Becka Shore every week. She makes the hours fly by, and my body feels tingly and stretched with the pleasure of hard work on the varied Gyrotonics machines. I had never heard of Gyrotonics before Studio M., but it is as engaging mentally as it is physically. Becka seems to have an infinite number of variations for everything and knows my body well. The studio is lovely aesthetically and the staff overall is wonderful! Highly recommend this woman owned business!!!!"
