"The MA super unprofessional!the Chinese lady treat patients like stupid idiots!！ very bad skills on draw blood. And always complain patients ! Don’t care patient feeling! Even though I say it is super painful when she draw blood! She still work on the same place and complain me , she said u should drink more water! Excuse me ? I just didn’t drink water for 40 min, and u said u cannot draw the blood bc I didn’t drink water? And I tell her try other places, she refuses and say u can go to the lab. And when do the blood pressure, it is super painful, and she said she wanna to do it again! I agree and tell her change another arm, she said oh it doesn’t matter I don’t care. and I say I care bc I’m the one who is painful! I don’t why she still work there even though so many people complain her."

As a primary dr, she should be able to exam any system instead of making patient feel bad because they are sick and need to take off mask for a second. talk in a very judgemental way."
