"I have a complicated medical history. This pregnancy I was considered High Risk. I am beyond grateful for being placed in the care of Dr. Rachel Gutkin. She is a colleague of Dr. Naylor, and she is absolutely outstanding in her profession. Also, I appreciate office management. Appointments are scheduled so that you’re not in a waiting room for hours- I was dealing with this issue at a different doctors office. I always got to meet with Dr. Gutkin day of my appointment. She did the hand on scanning of my baby each visit. The first doctor I was referred to (not associated with this office) has a technician do ultrasounds and he would call me days later. I am so glad I requested a referral out to Dr. Gutkin as she made me feel comfortable in asking all the questions I had (regardless of how silly they might have been). I am ready to meet my baby in the upcoming weeks, and I am so much more at ease because of the medical care I have received from Dr. Gutkin and staff. Do not hesitate to place yourself in the care you deserve, which should meet high standards especially when you’re a high risk pregnancy."

"I’ve heard he is one of the best doctors. I had a referral and was turned away because I was told I was not in network. Then I called back and Liz told me they could not see me until the end of April past my 22 weeks. I’ve been trying to make an appointment for over two weeks and today after calling back again she said they aren’t taking patients from Long Beach which I know is not true. I’m not sure if they just don’t want the business or the receptionist is just plain rude and doesn’t know what she is talking about. Whatever the case is she has made me miserable when all I’ve tried to do is make my 2nd trimester ultrasound appointment with a doctor that my OB highly recommended. Complete disappointment and caused me a lot of grief"

"Dr. Naylor is truly amazing and goes above and beyond. I have a high risk pregnancy and have seen Dr. Naylor every month or so throughout. I am now 36 weeks with our first baby and we are needing to be monitored. During the hospital stay Dr. Naylor has been in touch with each of the on call doctors in labor and delivery kept them informed of this pregnancy and making sure he is updated and consulted through out. I am so grateful and I know my baby and I are in safe hands."

"This is my second pregnancy with Dr Naylor, unfortunately our first was a loss and I cannot image going through it without him prepping us for it, he is very detailed and knowledgeable, not to mention sympathetic to your feelings, we are currently entering our third trimester with our second pregnancy and he has been vital in making me feel safe and confident, you are not rushed out like most doctor visits, you can ask ALL the questions and you'll definitely get an answer and reassurance, so yes you may have to wait a little to get called in for your appointment but its always because he is taking his time with a patient, as a nurse myself i completely understand that.
