"I’ve taken my dog here many times without appointment for nail grinding. Their prices are fair and usually have my dog seen and finished up all within 15 mins or less depending on how busy they are. Luckily they are never too busy not to squeeze in a nail grind. My dog only ever yelped a few times when I first took him in but he is used to the grinding now and doesn’t cry anymore."

"This is such a great place. My wife passed away during covid and I was left taking care of our cats. I love them to much. But I was not there primary care giverd. My manecoon needed way more brushing then I was doing. She got alot of Mats and I could not get them out . I knew she was uncomfortable and I had to do something. I found this place and they are amazing. My kitty had so many mats they cut s bunch of them out , but still there wrr more and try said you should have her shaved. Shave a cat? I said ok, and Lucy my cat has never been so happy. . She got shaved and she is so soft now like valuer, I can't stop letting her she is so soft and cuddly. No more mats and kitty is happy and I know I was somehow directed to the best place. Try are priced do reasonable too. If you need a pet grooming and don't know where to go. Tell them we heard you shaved s manecoon and the owner won't stop racing about how good you are. Try it you will not be disappointed and only place you will ever go again."

"I don’t even know where to start My whole family has come to paws and claws for years but when I moved to a different city I decided to switch to a local chain vet (BIG MISTAKE) My poor kitty has been wrestling with teeth issues for the last year and after numerous dental cleanings, a couple pulled teeth, and daily tooth brushing (yes I had to brush my poor cats teeth) I finally decided to make the drive back to Paws and Claws to get a second opinion I wish I had done so sooner! My poor girl has been suffering from oral Stomatitis for nearly a year! Within seconds Dr. D diagnosed my cat with something that alluded my other vet for over a year. Not just that but she really took the time to sit and talk softly to her and calm her nerves before checking anything. It was easy to see how experienced and knowledgable she is, that type of expertise is invaluable. I could tell both her and the vet tech Kelly really care about the animals they help and took the time to move at my pets pace. While the process itself was very quick I never felt rushed. This visit has changed my baby’s life for the better and my only regret is they I didn’t switch back sooner. Thank you so much Paws and Claws and thank you Dr. D and Kelly!!!"

"This is a great little hole-in-the-wall place that you only find in the valley. The groomers here are very experienced and can do anything from a quick nail trim to a full French cut and of course full grooming services. Cute little shop maybe a little bit rough around the edges that supports local artists and has a reasonable selection of pet items. Parking is in the back so there's no worries about your dog out on the street. I would absolutely recommend this over any chain or franchise grooming stores."

"Love this shop! Our pup went in and came out with his tail wagging. They got us in last minute and had him all cleaned up in under 2hours. They bathed, shaved, cleaned his ears, anal glands and toe nails all for $47. Because our guy is newly adopted I expected him to be a little scared when I came in to pick him up but instead he ran out to kiss me and went back to kiss the groomer one last time. This place is worth every penny and knowing that my dog is happy makes it invaluable."
