"I LOVED doctor Russo. I had an awful, traumatizing, experience with my previous ob and Dr. Russo was recommended to me by one of her patients when I was searching for a better doctor on my ttc journey. Dr. Russo completely made up for my awful previous experience at another office. She was so kind, listened to everything I had to say and showed empathy, compassion, sooo much knowledge, and understanding. "Dr Russo has a cool persona about her. As to her professional work though, she mis-diagnosed me twice, and it's very simple ultrasound. she sent me to the ER for surgery, the tech essentially said whichever gave the diagnosis should "reconsider their career" to put it very gently. I went back to Russo and she said she still can't see what the ER tech saw. I switched doctor, the new one confirmed her misdiagnosis. I think something is very wrong with her ultrasound machine or something... Which is very, very basic to the function of an OB. I'm grateful I wasn't operated on in vain due to her misdiagnosis."
"Dr. Russo was not my doctor BUT I recently gave birth at Providence Tarzana and my labor progressed so quickly that when it came time to deliver, my doctor wasn't there yet. The baby needed to come out fast because her heart rate was dropping. Dr. Russo jumped in with no hesitation and started to deliver my baby. It was my first baby so I didn't know what to expect, but I felt I was in good hands after just minutes of meeting Dr. Russo. Once my Dr. arrived and took over. Dr. Russo stayed in the room to help. Thank you!!!"
