"I have been attending Krista Holland's 9am to 10:30 yoga class (Tue and Thur) and she is amazing! I love her diverse practice and she quickly adjusts her instruction to fit her student's ability. Also, the studio is clean with soft natural light and the team that supports the center, are wonderful human beings!
