"I heard about this studio from a few women in town who always raved about the classes, and their generous recommendations were definitely a reflection of the workout community at the studio. When I finally tried it (should have gone sooner!) I was really grateful for the opportunity to try a free first class and then a discounted first week trial before diving in. The owner, Nellie, is so welcoming and replies quickly to any emails or questions you may have about the app or signing up. The classes are challenging yet and welcoming with modifications offered for most moves (barre, strength, yoga classes etc.) according to your needs! Highly recommend."

"I started taking classes at fiit and flow this past spring. Every instructor has been kind and inviting, and the space is so cute! I mostly go to Kyra's Barre classes and she is wonderful! She is so knowledgeable about the body and how it moves. I love how she offers modifications for so many moves, making them a little easier or a little more 'spicy'. I recently took Sandy's foundations of yoga classes and she was fantastic! She explained everything very well and provided a great space for learning and growth. New and creative classes are added often and at times for people with 9-5 jobs too. I love the child care too! I never really thought a gym could feel like going and hanging out with friends but that’s exactly what they have achieved!!"
