"Despite calling multiple times every day, her office never picks up the phone. Despite a family history of breast cancer and having four lumps in each breast, I underwent an MRI recommended by the imaging center 13 days ago. When I contacted the imaging center for my results, they informed me they were sent to my doctor's office and would be available on the portal in 7 days. However, the doctor didn't bother to discuss the MRI results with me. Even after obtaining my results in person, the doctor still hadn't contacted me. Leaving several voicemails and sending emails, there was no response. Avoid wasting time with this unprofessional and negligent doctor."

Now I wait for two hours in a dingy office only to wait another hour or more to be seen in a cold dingy room. Twice I left due to lack of being seen and waiting for hours. I received no apology.
