"We've been trying to work these guys over the course of the past years, especially the last 6 months. The scheduling process is in-person only and not same day, even if they have a couple open bays and groomers standing there. The online option doesn't work for this store. So you have to go in one day, schedule, and return another day for grooming. It's an unnecessary hassle. Second, the grooming staff have been rude and uncourteous on nearly every occasion. I haven't experienced that an any other retail establishment or vet or anywhere in my life. It's like they don't actually want to groom dogs, God forbid you interrupt their time of doing nothing. Pretty much every other groomer in town is a better experience. I won't be going back."

"The groomer did not do a good job. I told her that I wanted the dog cut at a seven blade. Unfortunately she did a five she shaved the dog down and then there’s several nicks on her. Her ears weren’t trimmed properly. Her feet didn’t trim those at all her face wasn’t clean, cut like I asked. The problem is this is the second time that I’ve taken my dog there last time that the lady forgot to trim her legs so when I picked the dog up her body shaved but her legs are still long I don’t understand. Maybe these girls are not ready and they need more training . Also, I’m offended every time I pay this time $62. Somebody asked me for a tip they don’t let me see my dog so last time I tipped the girl didn’t see my dog until after I paid and I shouldn’t of tipped her all shouldn’t even had to pay for the haircut because it wasn’t done properly so unfortunately, I will have to find a new groomer. Kind of sad about that because I do love the store."

"Kendra is always amazing with her positive energy and the trim she gives my dog, Xena. Xena is always excited to see Kendra which means a lot and truly tells that Kendra is great with my pooch."
