"I whish I had the chance to give them 0 or even minus. The front office is a garbage. They don't know their responsibilities, never done one thing correctly, always rude and never return calls. Kuldeep is the worst!!!! Idk how she got hired. Doctor Sandhu is never in the office when you ask her. Kuldeep never dose stuff correctly and when you complain she just disconnect the call. The doctor doesn't care about her workers behavior. Sad very sad situation"

"THE FRONT OFFICE PERSON IS JUST AWFUL. THE RUDENESS AND ENTITLEMENT of some medical facilities/front office staff AND DOCTORS is just disgusting. It’s especially those in Medical Care/Practice that need to exercise Patience, Respect, Fairness and Compassion. The front lady will just hang up on you if she feels your concerns are unimportant to her, she will hang up while you’re trying to make an appointment or if she gets bored!! Can you believe that! Try to call back and the line is busy funny cus who is actually working there? What are they doing there all day? Just collecting checks?"

"Was assigned here by my provider. Set up and appointment the same day I was assigned. Waited over a month for the appointment. The day before the appointment I CALLED to confirm ( which they should be doing not me) and they said I didn’t have an appointment scheduled and that I would have to schedule one. Reading from the other reviews I’m not quite sure how this establishment is even open. And to top it off when I filed a grievance complaint with my provider and told them what happened. This was Dr. Sandhu Narinders reply, She said I missed my appointment and that I hung up before they could schedule me a new one. The nerve on this so called doctors office. Don’t wast your time, go somewhere else!!"

"Do not expect to get adequate healthcare from this incompetent person. She is uneducated in chronic illness such as fibromyalgia. If you mention stress at work she automatically assumes you don't want to go to work. She assumed I wasn't working for some reason when I am. She made a lot of assumptions and refused to help me. She does not think fibromyalgia is real and did not even look at my record to see that I was diagnosed with it previously, and literally rolled her eyes at me when I told her about it. I drove 30 minutes for no help and to be mistreated. She is uneducated, and lives in the stone age. She needs to be re-educated or to have her license taken away. Completely disappointing in every way."
