I'm not sure about residence halls but this year they literally made the campus apartment allocation based on a dumb lottery system rather than first come first serve which is absolutely ridiculous. I applied for a campus apartment the day the applications opened but was still denied a campus apartment and I'm not the only one who was. Really disappointed."

"They don’t have the staff, authority, or attitude to help fix with any issues you might have. They are well aware of that so they make it very difficult for you to contact them on the phone where they put on holds for hours and will constantly sigh then hang up whenever they’d like to. Before driving 8 hours down just to talk to them in-person all 3 of my roommates have talked to them but to get at least a resolution or advice, but it was just constant dismissal each time. They don’t want to come up with any closure other than “nothing is ever guaranteed” even if there is something as simple as a housing portal website malfunction. They simply just refute any issues and claims along with rebuttals after rebuttals especially if you get the lady that is known to be rude she will try her best to butt in to close your case even if you weren’t talking to her. I’ve never ever argued with customer service before and knew that they were pretty notorious but nothing prepared me to the amount of incompetence and blatant denial in every response. They had promised to speak to the director a couple times prior and that has yet to happen even after several weeks. He or she does not pick up either. Good luck lol"

"I would definitely give 0 star if google offers me that option. Horrible services from the staffs who don't care about coming students at all. They are super unprofessional about the services they provide, such as distributing packages. By the way, the apartments are super unsafe to stay. I have to evacuate from my apartments 3 times due to real fire 100 ft from my apartments, and have received police warnings about people trying to break through apartments. So good luck to people still trying to stay here."
