"I waited 2.5 months for an appointment for pain/ discomfort that I've been dealing with for months. Firstly, I felt like Dr. Maher was nonchalant regarding my concerns. Secondly, Dr. Maher took a sample to run a test, but his assistant came back into the room shortly after stating that was the wrong test so he had to redo it. Weeks after my visit, I logged into my patient portal and saw no results for said test. I called his office where they told me they actually lost the sample for the test & that I could come back in for them to collect another sample... So I waited 2.5 months for this important appointment + drove 2 hours roundtrip all for them to test me twice and then lose the sample. Have never experienced this level of carelessness with my other Dr. of 8 years who has retired. I will never go back to Dr. Maher."
