"Fast turn around. My dog was only there for an hour and a half, peaceful environment. Every time I go to pick up my dog the place is so quiet. Not a single dog barking or scratching at their cage to get out like at some other groomers. My dog is never nervous or clinging to me when I drop him off. They charged me 50 dollars for my dog that weighs around 17 pounds. Both my wife and I were very satisfied with the results. I feel like they pay close attention to the small details like trimming my dogs nails, cleaning up around his eyes and cleaning out his ears. Overall would give them 5 stars and wouldn’t hesitate to go back."

"I had an excellent experience at here! The staff was friendly, and their love for animals was evident. My pet looked and smelled fantastic after the grooming session. The facility was clean, and they paid attention to every detail. I highly recommend this place for top-notch pet care."

"We came in for a nail cut for our dog Bella. We were not greeted. The lady then proceeded to come from behind the counter, and cut Bella’s nails in the lobby of the establishment without saying a word to us. She rushed the nail trim, and made one of her nails bleed. I wish we would’ve been informed on what was happening, and I wish the nail trim wasn’t rushed. I feel as though this issue couldn’t been resolved with proper communication, and just taking a bit more time to cut my dogs nails. If they didn’t have the time to cut Bella’s nails properly, they should’ve rescheduled or told us they didn’t have the time for today. We would’ve gladly gone a different day when they had the time to not rush her nails."

"They did an ok job, she was a bit matted and they did their best at still keeper her fluffy. She did get an injury on her eye, it was red and lasted a few days. I haven’t been able to schedule another appointment, call and goes to VM, left VM but no call back. I’ll be moving on to another groomer now."
