"I had a terrible experience with this Dr. If you are a menopausal/premenopausal woman looking for sympathy this is not the Dr. For each concern I shared with her she would dismiss my feelings and talk in circles about "science" The exam room had dust and cobwebs in the corners. It's possible she was having an off day and perhaps there are those that really like her. However compassion and empathy are number one on my list for a doctor and she showed none."

"I value Dr. Bu, she is extremely thorough and takes the patient's entire lifestyle into account. Other doctors often want to focus in on one aspect of a person's health, but Dr. Bu is actively connecting the dots between different elements of life, work, family, stress and the impact to the nervous system and general health of the patient. I find that so refreshing. On a personal level she's just very understanding and encouraging. I feel like she really gets me as a human being and can then combine her innate understanding of my psychological makeup, marry it with the information she is gathering about my physical health, bringing it all together in a cohesive way. It's like having the power of a heavy-hitting western medicine physician combined with the more comprehensive approach of a natural medicine practitioner - best of both worlds. Plus her office and scheduling are easy to deal with, she does phone check ins, the logistics of treatment are very easy. Thanks Dr. Bu!"

"Disgusting behavior from a doctor. Asked way too many personal questions about my family (non medical) and I tried to oblige with her, but she proceeded to disrespect any of my ideas and concerns and brushed me off saying my pain is psychological. I have very obvious reasons to be checked and have been told adamantly to be seen by an ob/gyn by a few other doctors but I had such a miserable experience I'd rather die of an infection then go back to this one. I can go into more detail on how horrible and humiliating the whole situation was, but there's too much to go through on a google review."

"She was very thorough and unrushed on intake, but it turns out she doesn't do the routine office visit procedures I was there to see her about. Would have been nice to know in advance since I had to redo the entire visit with another doctor. No website to warn you of limitations. Got the statement and it's handwritten, no billing codes or any details. Called and their office doesn't accept card payment. That also would have been nice to know in advance. For a healthy patient who doesn't want an IUD and who enjoys anachronistic office practices, maybe."

"I recently moved here from across the country and was nervous to see a new ob-gyn. I did some searching and found her to be the highest rated in the area. I’m SO glad I went to her. Her and her staff are very welcoming, kind and polite. Dr. Bu is such a sweetheart and you can tell she truly cares for her patients. She’s very thorough and makes sure all and any concerns/questions are answered. I really appreciate that as some doctors seem to rush and not have the best bedside manner.
