"I am going to start with the one positive and that is Lori at the front desk who helped me get this appointment. Lori was kind and understanding and very helpful. My appointment with Dr. G. Henao was a very frustrating experience and a waste of my time and a detriment to my health. I had a visit with an urgent care that same week and was asked by Lori to bring in my records and it was emphasized how important they were and how helpful they would be. At my appointment It was apparent that Dr. Henao did not read my paper work at all. Dr. Henao did a lot of talking and was a horrible listener. Dr. Henao suggested I do all the things that were already done during my urgent care visit. I informed her that I had all those tests done and were negative and was following up and needed even further examination. An ultrasound was recommended as the next step. She didn't examen me at all. Yet I was fully undressed and ready for my examination. During my appointment Dr. Henao said on a couple of occasions that she was not sure about so and so, her experience was as far back as 17 years ago during her internships. This says a lot. In any profession there is a constant learning, growing and change. Dr. Henao admitted she was not up to date in her own field and that showed too. So many things went wrong during this appointment and nothing right. Someone entered the room at one point and at that point I started to feel rushed. I felt judged during this appointment, never heard and got no where. I was even prescribed something and was never able to pick it up because my pharmacy said they never got it. I would highly recommend against seeing Dr. Henao. I was a first time patient and it will be my last. Dr. Henao called me regarding my visit and dissatisfaction and apologized. Dr. Henao took a moment to listen and find out what I needed and is now trying to help. I just want to be sure to add this to be fair to her. Sometimes we don't know how we are treating others until it is brought up."
