"DO NOT GO HERE, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE CARE IMAGINABLE. I was a patient of theirs since 2014. I went to make an appointment today and they said they are no longer accepting new patients. I reminded them that I had been a patient since 2014, along with the rest of my family, and they said because I hadn't been seen since 2019, I would be considered a new patient... The person at the front desk didn't care to make an exception, so I will be taking my entire family care elsewhere. Horrible service and good luck trying to reach anyone in over the phone. It took me 1 full week to actually speak with someone, only to have them tell me I'm a new patient!"

"Nice doctor but extremely poorly run office. Front desk has no clue how to answer simple questions and clearly has no healthcare experience. Will force you to come into clinic just to order routine labs—clearly to increase their billables. Archaic style of medicine."

"I went in for a physical after avoiding the doctor for 10 years, i wanted make sure that I was healthy and physically okay. The doctor spent less than 10 minutes only talking to me about the end of life care for my parents and coded the bill as anxiety, so my insurance billed me for a regular doc appointment. I had to call the office to ask to have it changed to preventative care which my insurance 100% covers, which they eventually did. But then when I asked to make another appointment for a physical/annual check up, I was told that Dr. edetali does not do that by the receptionist. I’m not sure if I’m being brushed off, but I was extremely unhappy with my visit and the lack of care."

She goes out of her way to make sure all your questions are answered, and if needed, she always get a fast referral to address your health concerns. In addition to this, the practice is very conveniently located, with easy parking."
