"Love the door. Excellent customer service. Easy install and works. Dog and cat both run freely. Only recommenndation for seller is to increase the width of the plastic frame and it would clear the sliding door frame and eliminate having to make minor adjustments. But regardless we love it and will be ordering another for my Mom."

Renee noticed I had ordered from the Phoenix, AZ area where it is very hot so she called me to make sure I was aware the door wouldn’t completely seal On the bottom because of the design of the flap not having the step over.
