"A tumor was found back in 2018. Dr Urso, even after learning of my family history of cancer, didn't believe it to be of any concern as it wasn't over 4mm. It's now become a concern, one that I could have addressed back then. She failed me as a doctor. I failed myself as I should have pushed harder. We shall see."

"Staff in the front office are very rude.. This is not a 100% friendly environment. Staff doesn't know what they are doing. They will make you wait more than 3 hours with your appointment just to see the doctor. Making an appointment is very useless to this place. For you to make an appointment, they will have to receive all of your result at the same day all together and wait 1 month to see the doctor. The doctor talk so rapidly like she is in a hurry."
