"The reception name Juliet wasn't helpful. Based off the reviews of Dr Chang I wanted to use him as my obGYN. Unfortunately, the reception was not helpful at all. Placed me hold multiple times & said they weren't busy yet place me on long holds. She sounded like she didn't want to help me. I will not be going to this Dr. Front desk do better please!!"

"Great doctor, his staff not so much. Very unfortunate, I am ending my relationship with this doctor due to his offices poor actions. I have been with doctor lee for over 2 years now, he delivered both my children. I was told that he would extend my disability, I followed protocol as I always had and they failed to call me back, always same story, unreliable and unprofessional. The least they could have done if my doctor did not want to re-certify me was to let me know that and I would have gone on my merry way, but they continued to drag me on. Everyone's time is valuable, and this goes to show how much you truly care for your patients."

"My first impression of Dr. Lee was an honest man that truly loves what he does. He listens to what you have to say and then gives you his advice. He was very understanding and you can tell that he genuinely wants to help you in anyway possible. I'm so happy I finally found a new Obgyn that I feel comfortable with. I honestly always had lady doctors but for some reason they made me feel like I asked too many questions, wasting their time, had smart remarks that was sometimes inappropriate and just down right hated life is the way I saw it.
