"I explained that my dog was shedding, and that was my main concern. I was assured that the "15 minute" brushing would do the trick. I was told that it would be about 2 hours until I could pick up my dog again, as they weren't done with the one before me yet. I received a call 40 minutes after my appointment time to come pick her up. She seemed to be bathed, but shedding more than before. I ended up buying a brush, and handling the shed myself."

"Ciera was very timely, she came out and checked out Lucy before the bath. She educated us on some tips on preventing irritated paw pads which was great! She called us just around the time she quoted us. When we picked up our dog her nails were nicely buffed, her teeth were nice and clean and she smelled wonderful!"
