"To begin with, the receptionists are not friendly, especially Joselyn, nor do they say good morning to you, they make you feel as if you were ignorant with your questions, they omit important details over the phone. I went to my appointment and they just told me to undress and left me waiting more than 20 minutes for the doctor without at least telling me that the Dr was late or something like that... it's already uncomfortable to go to do the exams and have to wait Sitting there, naked and with the air conditioned... The Dr tries to be friendly, but he is still curt, if it weren't for the fact that the price is a little affordable and I don't know another gynecologist, I would change him immediately."

"His office failed to mention that I should probably arrange for a driver after my bladder biopsy. I wasn’t numbed, sedated, or anything. It was pure torchere. I should have been sedated or at least given some painkillers. Nope. All he does is turn on the soft playing classical music in the room to calm your nerves, which doesn’t work at all. Ordinary appointments never get the music, but the painful torchere appointments apparently do. And I’m no sissy to pain. I had open heart surgery a few years ago in my mid 30’s. Such an awful and painful experience. His methods are so old school. He recommended sounding therapy (stretching) of my already inflamed and irritated, painful tissues. I immediately started going to a new Doctor and her jaw literally dropped when I told her this. She prescribed me physical therapy instead, which worked wonders. Benz never even bothered with sending me to PT."

He was also there for me when I lost two babies before my second trimester He is so caring and every time I have any concern he is so calm and never lets me leave without answering all my questions. His staff is very friendly and extremely welcoming. I drive all the way from riverside because I don’t want another doctor :)"
