"Quite literally the worst front desk/receptionist staff. Unresponsive on phone calls and rude. They refuse to give appointments even with referrals and never call back when they say they will. Incompetent."

"Terrible, terrible service. They have a very odd way of billing. I have a zero dollar copay for maternity treatment and each time my daughter saw them, they charged her a 25.00 copay! When she brought it up they claimed to have checked with my insurance company and they confirmed there was a 25.00 copay. Which is absolutely not true! My insurance company comfirmed with me and printed on our cards. That regular visits are 10.00 and materniry is 0. My insurance company explained they billed her visits under regular visits versus maternity visits. It breaks my heart that my young adult daughter was taken advantage of because she is not experienced. I called and spoke with Jennifer who gave me excuse after excuse and then hung up on"

"I had the most amazing experience with both Bryan and Tiffany Tran. I just delivered on Tuesday and from start of my pregnancy to delivery, they were incredible! The office staff is just as amazing and kind and always nice to talk to. Dr. Bryan Tran was who I saw in office and he always answered any questions I had and always made me feel secure in what I needed to do for my baby. Dr. Tiffany Tran is who delivered my daughter and it was the best experience! Highly recommend this office to anyone who is pregnant!!"

"Dr. Bryan Tran was my OBGYN through both of my pregnancies. His sister Tiffany, delivered both of my babies. They work really well as a team. Dr. Bryan is a wizard with an ultrasound wand. I never had to re-book because he couldn’t find out the information he needed for the baby. He never cancelled an appointment due to a delivery because he does not do the deliveries. I had a couple different complications with both my pregnancies and they handled both with care and most importantly, expertise. Also, when I disagreed about a plan of action for one of my births they were supportive, and just informed me of the risk. I was happy with my decision. Dr. Tiffany Tran was actually at the hospital and in my room for both of my births. The nurses at the hospital commented on how detailed my OBGYN’s notes on my pregnancies were. Their office staff is kind and detailed. I never had an issue with them."
