Reviews
"I've been seeing Dr. Wallace for about 5 years now for various female gyno needs. I've found her to be very knowledgeable, direct, and no nonsense. I had a minor surgical procedure in July and the office was able to get it approved by insurance with no problem. I found dealing with the front office and surgical scheduling very easy and pleasant and never got any annoying medical bills from the office after the surgery. Dr. Wallace did an excellent job with my procedure and I healed perfectly. She's also very knowledgeable in the area of female hormones and offered options to help me tweak my overall health. I'm so happy I found Dr. Wallace!"
"I hate writing this review because I have had great care from Dr. Wallace. However, on Feb 11, 2021, I was seen in the office & wasn't able to leave a urine sample & didn't even walk into the bathroom. Two days later, the office calls to tell me I have a UTI. I explained that wasn't me & thought they called the wrong patient until I got the bill from Quest. It's been months & I am still being told this was my urine. The office manager even tried to tell me the Dr may have used a catheter. I am so disappointed because I not only lost this Dr, but also my OB/GYN because of their mistake. I cannot go back to them after their mistake. I'm hoping with this much information the actual patient who did have the UTI will see this because their mistake for her is worse."
"I am 31 weeks pregnant and was told that Dr. Wallace does not have any availability for several months out and that they "do not have any recommendations for any other providers for this very specialized problem." It was a very disheartening conversation to have with the receptionist and at such a vulnerable time in my life, it should have been handled with more sensitivity, rather than making me feel as though I have no options in what feels like the "countdown" period before birth. My experience has been that, if a provider is very heavily booked, the staff tries to make other referrals rather than making me feel isolated, with nowhere to turn. Perhaps the doctor herself does great work, but her staff could definitely use some sensitivity training."
"Dr. Wallace is kind, gentle and has a superior bedside manner. She explains everything that she is doing as well as all of her findings in common layman's terms that is understandable. As a registered nurse, I appreciate having a doctor such as her caring for me."
"Worst customer service with the receptionist/appointment booker!! Within the first 3 seconds of our phone call she is almost yelling at me with a strong tone that she can't hear me. I understand if it's the 5th time they can't hear me to start using a tone but the fact it was the first 3 seconds of the call? Unbelievable! Besides the hostile tone they did not help me with receiving an appointment nor have any suggestions on seeing another doctor due to me moving. Overall wonderful doctor terrible staff. Dr Wallace if you're reading this your staff is reflecting on your service so I would reconsider some of them."
