"As someone who works in the medical field I was extremely disappointed with the quality of care, lack of communication and overall poor service I received from Magnolia OBGYN clinic in Lake Elsinore. I do not recommend this office to anyone, I rather travel to Temecula or anywhere else than here. Office is unfamiliar with HMO/PPO insurance processes, physician unnecessarily attempt to refer you to other specialist including tertiary lever when unnecessary. Billing office makes billing mistakes and refuses to correct claims. I will be filing a formal grievance with my HP against the office staff here and their multiple mistakes."
