"This is the go-to place so that means they are extremely busy. They work hard to get your pet in so patience is a good virtue to have. Groomers and staff have great customer service. It took five hours this last time when it normally takes about two. They did have a cancellation where they were able to fit my pet in. Cut was good and I am a repeat customer. I just felt bad for a five hour wait for my pet and the increase business for staff."

"As someone who deals with social anxiety this place is AMAZING !!! Lovely ladies helped me and my 2 dogs. They were sweet and helpful. And take walk ins. And they were kind enough to let me know that the prices went up and because i was short around 5 bucks they let me off the hook. Great place Great service Amazing people. I've been coming here for years and they never disappoint. Absolutely 10 out of 10."
