"This is the go-to place so that means they are extremely busy. They work hard to get your pet in so patience is a good virtue to have. Groomers and staff have great customer service. It took five hours this last time when it normally takes about two. They did have a cancellation where they were able to fit my pet in. Cut was good and I am a repeat customer. I just felt bad for a five hour wait for my pet and the increase business for staff."
