"Horrible office even before I almost became a patient. Unfortunately I didn’t even get to see how amazing Doctor Williams is because of his horrendous bullies in the front JACKIE and RUBY. I’m so clueless when it comes to insurance so being confused when talking about it shouldn’t be an issue. Unfortunately Ruby made it a nightmare. She was no help whatsoever and made the process super stressful. Ultimately Jackie got on the phone and proceeds to tell me “Before you start talking..” and proceeds to tell me what I can’t do as a patient if I want to be a patient of there’s so I said no problem and went to find a new OBGYN. All of this when I’m just trying to get into my first appointment to make sure my baby and I are both good and healthy."

They always listened to my concerns and if I had questions, they answered with honest opinions. Kudos to the nurses as well for being so attentive. I continue to see him for my annual exams, etc. Tina is also wonderful. I generally prefer to see a doctor rather than a PA at most offices, but Tina is knowledgeable and incredibly personable so at this office I am fine with either her or doctor Williams.
