"Scheduled a first time visit with Dr Nkiruka Chuba and without any notification whatsoever found the office took it upon themselves to reschedule me for another random future day without consulting or asking me. I just called to verify my original appointment and they said they mailed me a letter regarding the newly set appointment due to Dr. Chubra’s schedule change. The reset appointment they made was for 2 months later. I never received any letter. What kind of facility does that, you can do better?."
