"This was my go-to office for years. I had surgery through their office last year, and their doctors have always been great until my recent visit. The front desk was very rude. Made me feel like I didn’t belong and questioned as to whether I had an appointment. I did—it took two months of waiting to get in. I arrived with my children. They’re five. One of them is going through some separation anxiety so Their dad was going to wait with them in the waiting room. They’re good, quiet kids that were planning on playing on their iPads for the short annual well womens exam. I’ve brought them in before to the same office. This time however I was reprimanded for bringing children. Apparently they’re not allowed to wait there any longer. Someone could have mentioned that when I made the appointment two months ago. It also seems unreasonable considering this is a womens health center — a “mom” doctor and obgyn—so it seems natural that children would be in tow for some parents. The staff showed no understanding— only rudely told me they’d have to reschedule. I decided not to and just left because of how we were treated. Won’t be going back and I encourage others to look elsewhere."

"Dr Cvar is nice but she's been out for a few months due to an injury. I saw the nurse practitioner Veronica Estrada a few times. She's never been very connected and seems like she's just passing time until Dr. Cvar gets back. She never really gives any helpful information and she didn't remember I was due for a tdap shot, tried to give me wrong information about what my insurance will cover for pumps so that I'd go through their third party to purchase it instead, and came back later because she also forgot to tell me to start counting kicks. She recommended a 3 hour test even though my sugar level was high enough for a diagnosis and I should be getting treated for that immediately. But she wants to wait and subject me to even more sugar testing, probably so she can stall some more until the doctor gets back. The front desk staff is also not very good at what they do. None of them really know anything, sometimes your information get lost or mixed up with another patient, and scheduling is very limited. This place is a drive for me and I have to pay to park, so I'm really not sad to transfer to somewhere closer with a higher level of care."

"I’d never been to an OBGYN...so I was nervous and a little peeved about the wait. But Doctor Miller was so pleasant, kind, and conversational that this place definitely gets 5 stars from me. It was one of the few times I’ve ever been to any kind of doctor and felt treated like a human...and not like serviced like a car lol. Ladies at the desk were sweet too! Thank you!"

"This review is exclusive to the front office staff, as I am still in the exam room waiting to see the doctor. If first impressions are everything, I give the front office staff a C- borderline D. A few of them are very rude and dismissive, as noted by a previous reviewer. I stood in the line waiting to turn in papers for my first visit here and was ignored by one of the young ladies even when she was helping no one. After several minutes of waiting she glances up at me and inquires about my paperwork, so I declined and told her I would wait for the other young lady who was helping me. Professionally unprofessional is my first experience here with the front office staff, and the snickering and snide remarks did nothing to help. Hopefully my initial encounter with this doctor fairs better than my experience with the staff, as his reviews are so much better."
