"I've been a patient with Dr. Koning for almost all my life because I always tried to change insurances just to stay with him and his office. The staff has been the best with Rachel (who I always remembered and #1 on my list), Nicky and Lily. If I was capable to buy them lunch everytime I go there I would. But a card once in awhile to remind them how important they are with my well being is what I try to do. These days I can't find an office that meets all the criteria of professionalism and caring along with it which this office provides. "I was pregnant with twins in my first trimester when the doctor prescribed me antibiotics. A week later I miscarried and went into active labor to push out my twins in the ER. I would avoid this clinic and this doctor. What’s worst is they submitted claims to my insurance company months later after I changed providers. Support staff is nice that’s about it."

"literally the best doctor ever!! I went to another OB for my pregnancy (which is my first) at first, and she gave me no information on what not to eat, or what not to do... nothing! Everyone there also seemed unhappy which made me uncomfortable since I am so excited for this pregnancy! I eventually switched to Dr. Koning since my mom went to him when she was pregnant and HE IS AMAZING! On my first visit I got so much information about my pregnancy, including what I should and should not do, also everyone in the office was sooo nice, happy, and helpful and I felt so glad to be there! The office was very inviting, clean and upbeat. My boyfriend and I are finally at ease and feel like we are being taken care of by Dr. Koning and his amazing team! Everything is very organized and he gave me a quick but detailed rundown of how many appointments we will be having for the rest of my pregnancy and how things will go.
