"Hannah called me to schedule an appointment for my second gardasil injection. I asked her if I really needed to come in since I was getting my injection at the pharmacy. She told me I needed to come in because Dr. Nguyen needed to approve my prescription. I came in and paid a $20 copay. Ester brought me to the back office, took my vitals and sent me back to the waiting room. I over heard her talking to the doctor who told her he already called my prescription in. She told me to go down to the pharmacy and get my second vaccination. I asked why I had to come into the office. She told me because my doctor needed to write me a prescription and he just called it in. I told her it’s my second dose and so it was called in a while ago. She lied to me. Then she said they needed to check my vitals which I know is not true because Dr. Nguyen never looked at my chart. I basically paid $20 and waisted my afternoon just to be sent down to the pharmacy for my injection. I returned to the office to question the staff and get a refund. Ester lied over and over. Finally, I told her I wanted to cancel my future appointments. She told me she would. When I asked to speak with Dr. Nguyen, she told me he was busy. The worst experience I’ve ever had. I used to be a medical assistant and never treated patients like Ester treated me."

"My wife went to urgent care in sat. The next monday she called her family doctor to tell them about her sickness. Very sad, the secretary didn't want to call the urgent care to release my wife's report and x-ray about her sickness. I told her, please help us only one minute to call urgent care, so they can fax my wife's record to the doctor. How about so careless of the secretary, and she said she was so busy. I hope doctor Julie Hwynn can help my wife for soon treatment before too late"

POSTAL CENTER:

"This Dr. office's staffs services are horrible, They are such AH, don't even care to give a respect to patients, very unprofessional talking to patients, so rude, never keep promise to call back, we called for lab results they don't even give a damn, keep transferring responsibility to the others, at the end asked to call back to let us know but never did. We are frustrated and helpless with the way they provide services when we needed, I wish that there was 0 star so I can give."
