"Dr. Yoo made me feel comfortable during both my visits to his office for my pregnancy (first trimester). He was skilled, patient, professional, and took ample time to explain everything to me- especially during my first ultrasound. I never felt like he rushed through my appointments, which is always how I feel at a doctors' office. He was also punctual during both appointments. I would highly recommend him. Wish he was able to be my OB during my whole pregnancy, but will come back to him after birth. added bonus: He speaks both Korean and English fluently. This was especially helpful when my mom came with me to my 2nd appointment."

"My mother was seen by Dr. Jay Yoo. I was quite surprised with his professionalism, courtesy and patience. I've met some real arrogant Doctors, especially Korean doctors, but I was quite surprised when I met Dr. Yoo. Despite of the fact that he explained the situation to my mom, upon my arrival, he explained the situation all over again, thoroughly, with pictures, explained slowly, easy to understand. On surgery day, he arrived on time, he ensured my nervous mom that everything was going to be okay and comforted her and myself. I really appreciate the experience I had with this doctor and if I didn't live so far away, I would be Dr. Yoo's patient too. Office staff are really courteous and nice. Wait time at the office was less than 30minutes and office is really clean and tidy. It's hard to find a Doctor like Dr. Jay Yoo."
