"RUN THE OTHER WAY!!! I did not even get a chance to see this doctor, because of the "protocols" she has in place. Wanting all my records before she sees me. On top of that Pam the lady at the front specifically told me to look for another doctor. What a mess."

"I couldn’t make a simple appointment because they wanted recent ultrasound. I got that done and they still wanted all my records! They got my records and they have to review them first!!! Come on! Can’t make a simple appointment! Forget that I’m getting another doctor! My issue can’t keep waiting! They are horrible, unprofessional! Stay away unless you want to wait eternity for a simple appointment."

"It is ridiculous. They are too cheap to buy a card machine. They said they only receive check or cash!!! I have to pay out of my pocket and get reimbursement myself. Bad service. Anyone is sick, please never come to this Dr!!! They created more work for you and dont care your health!!"

"Staffs are super nice and helpful but Dr Annmarie Nguyen is a very rude woman. She asked me something about my birth control pills and I told her all I knew was that I needed to take one pill daily at the same time of the day and that's what I've been doing. I never missed a pill and I didn't understand what she was saying. She didn't bother to explain more and her attitude told me that she thought I was stupid. Hello? You're a doctor. Your job is to explain to your patients. I went to school for Graphic Design not medical school. I wanted to stop using the birth control pills and she agreed but I had a feeling it was because of her religious belief. Bye lady. Never coming back. Feel bad for the staffs though. They all seemed scared of her."

"Just don't go there...I was there 4 time, because of my insurance, but from the 1st day, I sure knew I didn't want to go back..she was rude, unprofessional, in passion.would seem to get mad/upset if I had question about health.charges $1 per copy of your own results. 1st time I waited 2 hours to see her, with appointment. Last time waited for more than an a hour, Just to be seeing her for no more then 5min, after she told me in a hurry that I had cancer. instead of giving me hope, she started to blamed for having it.my brain was still trying to process the cancer word, and when I was about to ask her my questions she was running out of the room, subjecting to make my next appointment..and for my surprise, I had to wait 6 weeks for treatment..hello it's cancer, I don't no much about it, because she didn't really tell me anything about it..but I do know that cancer doesn't wait."
