"For so many times i felt no respect for patients’ time here. Waited in the lobby for 40 mins, then sat on this chair told that I’m the next patient, then I waited for another 40 mins. A 3 mins doc visit made me waited more 80 mins in total and I had to pay extra fee in the hospital for parking overtime. For another time had an appointment for 1:30, came by 1:15 and waited until 1:50 and being impatiently told that the staff are having a lunch break? Wait what? if the lunch won’t end by 1:50 then why set an APPOINTMENT at 1:30 ?? Whoever is running this place, please, there must be something could be done to show more consideration for patients’ time…"

"Was referred here for my first trimester and second trimester ultrasound screening by my OB in May & in July. The wait for both appointments was less than an hour despite the office being really busy my first appointment. The receptionist at the front desk is nice & greeted me every time I checked in followed by handing paper work for me to sign. The overall time in the office for both appointments was around an hour and a half, not too bad according to the reviews. Thewaiting room is spacious & the patient rooms are clean and organized. The nurses never gave me any issues during either appointments & the technicians were careful & quick about the ultrasounds."

"All I gotta say is my appointment is next Monday and I was just telling my husband I don’t want to go any more. Trying to see if my OB sends me somewhere else. All this bad reviews from this place just makes it look bad like the worst place to go pregnant. I mean idk if is all true but the reviews are concerning!!! The last thing we want is to receive a poor care! And no one seems to stand up for this reviews and clear up this comments!"

"This was honestly the worst experience of my life. I went in the appointment excited to see the baby. The girl with the blonde hair gave me an ultrasound and she was jabbing at my stomach that was so painful. She was very rude dry and didnt say anything the whole time. She jabbed at it again i said is everything okay? She said “the baby isnt moving”. She acted very unprofessional and she took a picture of the baby and gave it to the lady next to her and said “look at this” and I asked is everything okay? She said i cant tell you anything i am not a doctor. I said okay when is the doctor coming? Shes said “its not necessary for a doctor to be here” in my mind i couldn’t believe what was happening. I am high risk and i feel like i was treated so poorly. Calling my ob and telling her never send me to this place again."

"I HAVE NO CLUE what all the bad reviews are about. I came in for my NT Screening and had a perfectly fine experience. All the girls I talked to up at the front, and the technician doing my ultrasound were pleasant and polite. Just be nice, ask questions if you have them, and just remember that if people are being seen ahead of you, then maybe they’re technician or specialist was available sooner or it’s a high risk situation. It isn’t always first come first serve."
