"I would give zero stars if I could. Missed a call from Kaiser OB GYN because of phone issues and only received the voicemail telling me to call back, that was at 04:13 pm. I IMMEDIATELY called back at 04:13 pm, as it's a matter of urgency, and they apparently weren't able to answer the phone. It is now 04:34 and I've been consecutively hitting redial since then on two phones hoping to get an answer and nothing. Require better customer service because rudeness isn't cute, you are a place of business."

"One of the most pleasant for an unpleasant visit. Dr. Shbeeb and her Nurse were amazing from start to finish. I came in nervous for a procedure I have never had done before and they took such good care of me. Dr. Shbeeb made me feel so comfortable, I instantly trusted her with the positive attitude she gave me.
