"Medical gaslighting happened to me. Dr. Timothy Rand in Los Alamitos, CA is a old white male OBGYN. I was having two periods a month. A doctor referred me to him since he was in-network. This POS laughed at me when I asked if I can rid/prevent the 1cm polyp the ultrasound found with holistic practices. He was super dismissive when I asked questions about why I was having two periods a month and asking more questions about the polyp found. Recommended a $3K surgery. I was seen by a female after and she was shocked and reassured I was fine and offered holistic hormonal help. Never going to a male for reproductive help again after him and my periods have been normal ever since my female OBGYN."
