"Yes, they need to pay a copay for the test result. I ask the nurse, why we need to pay? She say because the insurance policy, every time visit the doctor office must pay copay no matter what reason. This is my second year I go tho this office. Next year will change another doctor."

"If there is a negative score, I will give him -100 points without hesitation. The worst clinic is where the doctor prescribes a blood test. After the test, there is no phone call to inform you of the test results. When you call to ask for the results, you are told You have to come to the clinic again and pay before the results can be told to you. This is no medical ethics! The front desk sucks, don't come!"

"I saw Dr. Thomas Lee today as a gynecologist and my husband and I couldn't stop laughing about some of his comments all evening. Professionally, he is knowledgeable precise and practical but my review could be biased cuz I am bilingual in Mandarin. Maybe he is not as funny in English. Some of his remarks are absolutely hilarious. If he is not a doctor, he should peruse his career in comedian. I can not share with you about our conversation but you should definitely come see him if want to worry less about your check up or illness. He is just too funny. Well, he is in-and-out within 10 minutes but I don't care to chat for an hour with my doctor, simply answer my questions and get me out please asap. The nurses here are super friendly and attentive. My nurse spent 15 minutes interviewing me and I know she actually paid attention to my stories, well most nurses don't like to listen to my stories, they simply want answers. She is bilingual in Spanish but I didn't get her name. OMG, I must mention Kitty as the head of nursing staff. Unfortunately, I rarely run into nurses who truly cares but Kitty is the very few left on earth. I listened to her conversation with other patients on the phone and I can feel how she goes 100% and beyond to help her patients. Her compassion is her drive for sure, not her paycheck. If Dr. Lee sees this review, she certainly deserves a raise."

"Everyone, please don't come to Thomas Lee. The front desk is rubbish and has a bad attitude. He deceives patients. The doctor will tell you this. The front desk will tell you one. I don’t know who to listen to. If you make a few more calls to ask about your blood test report, the front desk will talk to you in an impatient tone. Then they will not answer your call and hang up on you. We are also patients. We are anxious. You know what's wrong with your results. This is a low-quality place. If you ask around in the Los Angeles moms group, you will know that this is a doctor who has been sued. So you can search online. You can't find any information about the doctor. Such a poor front desk. .Really a fighter among the rubbish!"
