She followed my 3rd pregnancy and was there for my induction (I delivered at 37 weeks, no epidural, unfortunately she wasn’t there to receive the baby but Doctor Fee received him and she was awesome too!). "Dr. Hsu herself is a very personable, kind and competent physician. Unfortunately the office staff really let me down by failing to fax an ultrasound order despite multiple calls/messages. After driving 40 minutes and taking time off of work to get the ultrasound done, the imaging center refused to do the ultrasound because they didn’t receive the order until 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. You cannot actually contact the office staff, you have to wait on hold a minimum of 10 minutes to get a call center who then relays whatever message you have to the office. Becky, who perhaps is the office manager, left a short message with no apology or callback number to reach her, stating they would fax the order and she hoped that I would reschedule my ultrasound. I’m super disappointed in this experience. If I’m lucky enough to get pregnant again, I will be going elsewhere."
