"Aside from the 2 hr wait time and the girls in the front cursing, talking about lunch it's a great place. They were better with the wait times at one point but 2 hrs is terrible."

"I was on time for my appointment and waited for 4 hours for an ultrasound. Eventually I had to leave because I have other obligations. They do not account for your time or the planning that it takes to go to a doctor appointment. So I took half of the day of work off, waited 4 hours, and still no ultrasound."

"My DIL was assigned to this Medical office for OB care and for every appt she always has a hard time with the front desk clerk. I would mention her name but she refuses to give her name every time we ask for it. She had an appt for a glucose test but was in the midst of changing PCP. When she showed up for her glucose test, she was denied and was instructed to have the performed at the new office. Her appt was march 20 and her effective date with her new pcp was not effective until april 1st. The fact that she was denied treatment is absurd. She was not informed prior to not even show up. They had her fast the night before and showed just to be turned away. They need to be better when it comes to pregnant patience. A lot is at stake and there should be no room for error. So disappointing and unprofessional."

"The girl here are unprofessional. I have a severe medical issue and I have been seen by them since 2019, they are not doing follow ups with specialist and when I file a grievance they lied. Doctor told me I am a walking liability and put me out of work since 2019 they also filled out a document saying I have a chronic issue, now they will not answer my calls. When I go for my visit the doctor as if I have seen specialist and I say no, I have no gotten appointment. She ask her nurses and they never did follow ups months last. I am stuck in pain with no help. They even lied and said I mistreat them and are rude. I have never been rude."

"I LOVE this clinic! The nurses are the reason I chose this place for my baby! Patty, Laura, and Maria are so friendly, helpful, and caring! They always greet me with a smile and give great customer service. My baby is comfortable here as well and loves the girls. Highly recommend it here!"
