"I had a rather horrible time at my appointment and was essentially told to seek therapy for the issues I'd been having. My post-appointment qualms with this practice and NP are the worst, though. The "complete" hormone panel ordered was not complete, and when I asked for the untested levels to be tested, I was told it "wasn't necessary" and "would provide no helpful information." A procedure she ordered was only half-completed as she deemed the other half wasn't necessary either. Went to another doctor, and everything the NP decided not to complete in her ordered tests is a severe health concern. Had she completed the tests she ordered, my health would be far less compromised than it is now. Literally every single result from the tests she neglected to perform – despite ordering them and saying she would, then deeming them "unnecessary" – points to a serious issue. I'm baffled as to why cherry-picked aspects of these tests were not performed; why order them in the first place? Additionally, the implications as to why the tests weren't performed were personal rather than medical, and I found her treatment extremely unprofessional and incomplete."

"I had an abnormal pap with my Doctor, so she referred me to Dr. Hamilton. On the day of my appointment, she had one of her assistants call me while I was driving on my way to the office, at this point, she has never seen me. Her assistant told me I have to wait a whole year to get anything done. I have an abnormal pap and they want me to sit around for a year wondering if I have cancer? I had pre-cancel in my early 20's. I have two small children who depend on me and I'm supposed to sit around wondering if I'm going to be here for them?? I cannot believe someone can be so unkind, she is obviously not here for the right reasons. It's a shame, I will go see another doctor. She didn't even have the decency to call me personally and explain why she doesn't want to see me."
