"Worst grooming experience ever. We sent our cat to the store for a haircut and cleaning. The lady in the front desk with glasses was rude to the cat and refused us to take a picture of our own cat and yelled at us for no reason. The trimming for the cat was poorly and it was an total disappointed decision for us to send our cat there! I mean why so rude for just taking a picture of our OWN cat??? Don’t send ur cat or dog there."
