"I've only had great experiences with this office and Dr. Jennifer Lee. Sometimes I end up waiting in the room for 10-15 mins but I don't think that is unusual. I only had one time that I was worried about getting back to work on-time because of a longer wait. I really appreciate their nurse, Pam. She is kind and caring. All the office staff seem kind as well. What I love is getting ultrasounds at this office because each technician is super sweet and prints the best pictures! I was referred out to Magella for the last few ultrasounds and they don't capture cute positions and its very straight forward business with the ultrasound experience there. Dr. Lees office is a bit more of a warm environment."

"Doctor is not on time. It is terrible that doctors have no regard for patients time. My appointment was at 9:15. I arrived at 9am to complete paperwork, I then sat and waited for 45 mins without anyone updating me on status, i went out to get an eta at 10am and was told Dr Lee needed more time. If doctors cannot get to their patients they need to not schedule so many patients in one day. That way you are giving attention to all people who are scheduled that day versus spreading yourself too thin and causing backup delays. It is terrible service and they do not seem to care. I will find another doctor who cares more about their patients time."

"Dr Jennifer Lee is a wonderful doctor and she always answered all of my questions and concerns during my pregnancy. Her office is very through and every appointment I had my urine screened, babies heartbeat was checked, my blood pressure checked and my cervix checked. When I delivered she was there with lubricant and controlled my daughter's head speed and I think because of her I did not tear. I was very greatful and I highly recommend her."
