"I’ve had such a pleasant experience here throughout my pregnancy! Each doctor, PA, ultrasound tech, and front office staff are all so helpful, kind and patient. Every time I visit, my questions are answered and I also leave feeling comfortable, competent and confident with my pregnancy. Anytime I have a question, they get back to me usually within a few hours, which is very reassuring. I am looking forward to delivering my baby soon, and I know I will be in great hands. "I’m a very easy going person yet think their medical center is poor in communication… You have NO way of timely communicating with them when you need urgent attention from the office. They have a call center which takes your call and the earliest they get back to you is 2 days after!The doctors keep rescheduling you, do not show or call at the scheduled time! The office staff are so distracted: I experienced the incorrect instructions on medication, not receiving lab orders for a week for time sensitive testing. Sometimes they forget to delete the original appointment when you reschedule and then they charge you for no show! In general the communication is not great! Be aware if you care about timely response. Update: once I left the review, they called and said they won’t schedule future appointments because of the review and because I didn’t take it down from Google! Update 2: Dear doctor Howe, I never met you. This update is for you since you we’re not aware of details: The staff had one week to send me the lab order and they did not until I missed the date for testing yesterday. I called and emailed to follow up multiple times and after I said I wouldn’t hang up until someone call the office to relay my request for lab order, someone finally called and due to a glitch in your office network system I didn’t receive the lab orders until 5pm after a week. I once received my medication with wrong instructions on it and took it for a month and received poor results until I brought it up and I was told the instructions on it was incorrect. I was charged for no show while it was the office staff error and had to go through multiple phone calls to clear that. Please note I never complained about the doctor expertise and I don’t think I am leaving hurtful comments. It’s simply my real experience and an effort to make others aware that they probably won’t get timely communication either. Please put yourself in patients shoes and judge. I am not here to hurt but bring awareness for new people. I think accusing me of leaving a hurtful review won’t help improving what needs to be addressed on your end. I was in fact told that they wish me luck and won’t schedule future appointments because of the review. It was not misunderstanding. I revised my review to leave the names out and improve the message I intend to relay. But I never exaggerated any of the points I made. Thanks for responding and I hope you don’t take this personal. It is about the way your team handle the work not about whether you or other doctors at your center are not good at diagnosis or disrespectful. Everyone I met was nice and respectful. But the service and communication needs improvement. Good luck to you and your team and thanks for the care your team provided to me during the past year."

"Dr. Howe is the best of the best! She always takes her time at every appointment, and really is there for you in such an exciting time! She delivered our first son at the start of the pandemic 3/19/20 and we felt very comfortable every step of the way. It really was a dream come true with the best doctor ever and I can never thank her enough. Every doctor in the office is also great, friendly, and gives you that warm and fuzzy feeling- they are not just your doctor feeling- also your friend/family in this journey."

"I can not express how amazing everyone at Dr. Howe's office has been. From the front desk, to the PA, and ultrasound tech...so warm, thorough, and really a joy to be around. They make you feel like they are genuinely happy you are a patient and I feel like I am in the best of hands with everyone there. I switched to their office after a "so-so" delivery experience with our first son, and I can not wait to now be with this team for any future children. I can not recommend enough, you can tell Dr. Howe has a true passion for what she does and I am so thankful I found her!"
