"Dr. Spencer-Smith is great, however, the office staff is completely horrible, including the office manager. Their lack of empathy and poor customer service, is completely unacceptable, especially since they are in the medical field, providing care to patients that are dealing with various scary and nerve-wracking health issues. The staff often schedules appointments for my mother, and fails to notify her. The wait time to see the provider is always over 2 hours long, because the staff over books the provider's schedule. Trying to leave an urgent message for the doctor is almost impossible, since the staff rarely answers or returns voicemails. When you request to speak to the supervisor, the supervisor also greets you with sarcasm, is unenpathetic and completely rude. This office is in serious need of restructuring and customer service training. As a member of the medical field, I am horrified that this type of patient care exists."

"Do not go to this place. Can’t say anything about the Dr. but the staff is horrible. Specially Jessica and the office manager. All they care about is your insurance - they are clueless to what an HSA or self insured is. I’ve waited over 4 weeks to see this doctor, I explained that I was self insured - I told them I had no issues paying the $220 for my visit and 300 for my ultrasound . I’m 40 and nearly 4 months pregnant. This doctor really needs to reconsider the staff."
