"Went in to go check out the birds and the owner did not even greet me. I asked her a question about the type of breed of one of the birds that I seen in one of the cages, and she acted like I was bothering her. The birds inside the store, were in filthy conditions and the store had an odor. The temp inside the store was too hot, for the poor little birds. I will never return at the store! If this is the way this rude woman treat’s customers, I could only imagine how she treats these poor innocent birds."

"I wouldn’t board my bird here, or bring for any services. The way the worker held a cockatiel as she clipped their nails bothered me. She also chatted with the customers as she was doing her job, passionately hand gesturing with scissors in her hand, and cockatiel in the other. Then I watch a conure jump on the floor (a kid was holding it in his hand. Why? Not sure). The lady got up, with the cockatiel still in her hand, quickly scooped up the conure using with her hand (same way you would hold a bottle or a cup, definitely not a bird) and then stuffed the bird in HER POCKET. Sat down, and continued to clip other birds nails. The conure eventually jumped out of her pocket, still stressed, and she repeated the same thing. Now I don’t know your personal relationship with birds, other people watching at the store didn’t seem to have a problem (which would explain the high rating) but for me that was just wild. Although I was asked not to record I did get a small part on the video, where you can see the bird being held in less than ideal way, which happens, but was just unnecessary"

"This was a fun spot. The gal who owns the store is super sweet and seems to know her clients really well. There are some really fun birds and you can even do pre-sales off some of the more exclusive and quick to sell birds. They all seem happy and well fed, and you can tell there is a huge area of the store reserved for raising birds and hosting some that are not ready to sell yet. Fun vibe, bright colors and obvious from the street. Hoping to come back to get some birds of our own again!"

"Best birds place in town!! I'm glad that Michelle offers boarding for my feathered "kids" while I'm away. Reasonable pricing... I got these two beauties from here. I highly recommend if you're looking for a feathered friend. ❤"
