"That store is so suck. They just have 2 carts and both of them couldn’t move. How customer can carry the heavy stuffs without the cart. They just want to save money and don’t care about customer. I will never come back."

"It was very nice and well organized. They had a big variety of different fish as well as different pets like mice, hamsters, and guineapigs. They have a lot of dog accessories as well as animal foods."

"I asked for assistance with getting some plants and when the employee came she helped a customer that came after I did when I had been the one to ask for help. Then she left after she helped that customer and I had to ask for help again. I noticed you had some plants heavily discounted and I asked just to confirm the price for the plants were for $1.99 as stated and she told me yes that was the price. When I got to the register to checkout it was a different price altogether and when I told the cashier that the other employee told me it was $1.99 she was argumentative and very rude with her reply saying that, the price is right that it rang up which was only $4.49 but she was extremely rude and unhelpful. The level of service I received was just horrible and it makes me not want to come back to that store because of how I was treated as a customer. Now I did not get the 2 employees names but they were both female and were working yesterday around 3:00 to 3:15 in the afternoon."

"Really lacking in selection and it seemed like no one was around. The lights weren’t even turned on when I first entered. They came on about 10 mins later. I think the cherry on top of a horrible experience was that they were out of bags when I checked out. I had a lot of stuff that wouldn’t have been easy to carry out by hand with my puppy in tow. The cashier did say that I could take the cart out with me to my car. Oh thanks can I? Really need to step up at this store. I like Petco but this was awful."

"When I first arrived there was no one around to help me. The store is very clean, but the fish selection is limited. I do come here to pick up food and some supplies. If you can track somebody down to help you, you’re good to go. I recommend just asking the cashier and not leaving that spot until someone arrives."
