"I reached out to Mungchi Pet Grooming (formerly Mungchi Pet Shop) in search of pet supplies. Regrettably, my experience was far from ideal. The person who answered the call displayed impatience and rudeness by saying, "THIS ISN'T A PET STORE, THIS IS A PET GROOMER!" and promptly hanging up after my simple query about pet food. Maintaining professionalism in customer interactions is crucial for any business, and this encounter did not meet those standards. I rate this experience 1/5 stars."

"the guy working there was pretty rude to me, was trying to get an overpriced flea comb, it took him a good minute to come out to even greet me, and when i went to buy this overpriced flea comb, i asked if they accept cards. he said no. like stood there waiting for me to leave no. i had to point out the fact they have a cc machine and why couldn’t they take it? he then explained to me that they have a 10$ minimum purchase, and that no one in the area would take my debit card...idk, i’ve lived in this area for over a year and never had someone be so damn rude to me this early in the ****ing morning."
