"I went to see Dr. Upadhyaya because she came highly recommened to me by a friend. I went in for an annual check up (PAP). At that time I felt she was thorough and answered all of my questions. This was in June and I was told I would recieve a call within the next couple of weeks to go over the results. I never recieved a call with my results. We are now in October, 4 MONTHS later! I recieved a call from Dr. Upadhyaya's office to confirm an up coming apt for an ultrasound. I let the girl know I never recieved the results of my PAP. At first she said she couldn't find any results, she would have to look for them and call me back. When she called me back she said the pap couldnt be tested because there wasnt enough sample on the swab and the PAP needs to be done again!!!!!! I am so upset for many reasons!!!!! In my opinion this office is extremley neglectful of the care of their patients. SUPER DISAPOINTED AND UPSET!!!! I will not be going back and I do not recommend this office to anyone."
